Increase your well-being and resilience levels using the Bounce! App. Choose a goal, track your progress, record your achievements. Simple to use format allows you to identify areas in your life in which you could make some small changes that could make a HUGE difference to your happiness and well-being.

EXPLORE GOAL SETTING:
Reference pages providing useful, relevant information when it comes to changing behaviour and goal setting. Think about how to go about choosing a goal; what makes changing your behaviour so difficult? How are habits formed and what support do you need in place in order to succeed?

CHOOSE A GOAL THAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU:
The Bounce! App will guide you through a number of exercises and points to consider to help you choose a goal that is realistic, achievable and will make a real difference to how you feel.

TRACK AND REVIEW YOUR PROGRESS:
Handy notification function which reminds you to complete your goal at a time that suits you. Use the simple update form to record your activity, any obstacles that were in your way and how you felt you did. Review your progress by looking back at past updates and see how you are getting on.

BOOK A WORKSHOP PLACE:
If you want to explore Bounce! further then use the App to book a place on one of hundreds of Bounce! Workshops taking place across the East of England, Lincolnshire and the North East.
